CAUSES OF LOWER BACK PAIN

  Lower back pain is a common symptom among modern civilized people. It primarily affects young and adult adults of both sexes. to get this complaint. We can hardly find a person who has not suffered from back pain at least once in their life.The causes of back pain range from simple causes like muscle strain to spinal cancer  and hence back pain should not be ignored. The pain is felt in the lumbar and sacral region and may radiate to nearby areas. Below are some of the causes of back pain.
